鲑鱼降钙素联合阿法骨化醇治疗骨质疏松症的疗效观察

Clinical observation of salmon calcitonin combined with alfacalcidol for the treatment of osteoporosis

目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合阿法骨化醇治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选择60例中老年骨质疏松性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予鲑鱼降钙素联合阿法骨化醇治疗,对照组给予阿法骨化醇治疗。治疗4周后比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合阿法骨化醇治疗原发性骨质疏松症可取得良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of salmon calcitonin combined with alfacalcidol in treating primary osteoporosis. Methods Sixty elderly patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 patients,treated with salmon calcitonin and alfacalcidol） , and the control group （30 patients,treated with alfacalcidol）. After treatment for 2 weeks the results were compared between the two groups. Results The total effec- tive rate of treatment group was 90. 0%, ant that of control group was 66.7%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The salmon calcitonin combined with alfacalcidol for the treatment of primary osteoporosis can obtain good effect.
