摘要
水痘是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染引起的呼吸道传染病,传播能力极强,未接种过水痘疫苗的人群普遍易感,并常会引起一些合并症的出现,从而影响身体健康和正常的工作学习生活,因此有必要了解掌握全球水痘流行病学特征及预防策略的研究进展。现分别从水痘的临床症状、流行病学特征描述了水痘的发病特点,并分别描述了水痘疫苗的免疫效果及国内外水痘疫苗接种策略现况,为进一步改进我国对水痘的防控策略,制订水痘疫苗的免疫程序提供科学依据。
Objective Varicella ,which is caused by Varicella-zoster virus, is currently one of the most widespread airborne diseases. People without varicella vaccination history are commonly susceptible. Some patients may also suffer the varicella-related complications, which would negatively affect their health and normal life. It is necessary for us to understand the global researches progress of varicella epidemiological features and prevention strategies. This article analyzed varicella epidemiological characteristics according to its seasonal, regional and demographic features. Meanwhile, it also reviewed the existing vaccination and prevention strategies for varicella among China and other developed countries, in order to provide scientific evidence for improving disease control strategies and formulating vaccination schedule.
