摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方硫酸新霉素滴眼液中肌苷的含量。方法色谱柱为XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(10∶90);流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为248 nm。结果肌苷在0.223 2~0.669 4μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.4%。结论本法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于复方硫酸新霉素滴眼液中肌苷的质量控制。
Objective To estalish an HPLC method for the detemination of inosine in Compound Neomycin Sulfate Eye Drops. Methods Geniposide was separated on XDB - C18 ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm ) column, the mobile phase was methanol - water(10:90) with the flow rate of 0.8 mL . min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 248 nm. Results The linear range of inosine was 0.223 2 - 0. 669 4 μg ( r = 1. 000 0 ) , the average recovery was 100.4% and the RSD was 0.4%. Con- clusion The method was convenient, rapid and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Compound Neomycin Sulfate Eye Drops.
