本文总结了近年来我省测绘地理信息行业教育培训工作取得的成果,分析了测绘地理信息人才队伍教育培训与管理工作的现状,提出了改进教育培训管理的思路与建议以达到更好地为测绘地理信息行业做好教育培训工作的目的。

This paper summarizes the achievements of surveying and mapping education training in recent years, analyzes the current situation of training and management of professional people in surveying and mapping and proposes some suggestion in order to improve the quality of personnel training.
