摘要
目的探讨普适泰对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用。方法选取40只SD大鼠,随机分为化学模型组、化学模型普适泰组、免疫模型组及免疫模型普适泰组,每组各10只。观察普适泰对各组大鼠的血生化指标、各器官系数以及体重的影响。结果给予大鼠普适泰灌胃后,免疫模型组给药第1、3、5周大鼠体重无任何变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化学模型组大鼠在第3周时体重明显低于化学模型普适泰组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化学模型普适泰组大鼠的白细胞明显低于化学模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与免疫模型普适泰组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫模型普适泰组的血清T明显高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给予普适泰后,化学模型组的前列腺系数明显低于化学模型普适泰组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);免疫模型组的脾脏系数明显高于免疫模型普适泰组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普适泰片对两种慢性前列腺炎均有效。
Objective To explore the the effect of Prostat on nonbacterial chronic prostatitis on SD rats. Methods 40 SD rats were selected, they were randomly divided into model group, chemical model Prosta group, immune model group and model Prostat group, each group of 10. The Prostat on group rats blood biochemistry, each organ coefficients and the effect of weight were observed. Results After the rats were given Prostat by lavage, the rats weight without any change in immune model group for 1, 3, 5 weeks, there was no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05); the rats weight was lower in 3 weeks in chemical model group than that of the model of chemical Prostat group, the difference had statistical significance between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). The WBC was obviously lower in chemical model Prostat group than that of chemical model group (P 〈 0.05); compared with immune model Prostat group (P 〈 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The serum T was obviously higher in immune model Prostat group than that of model group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). After given Prostat, the prostatitis coefficient was lower in chemical model group than that of chemical model Prostat group, the difference were statistically significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05); the spleen coefficient was obviously higher in immune model group than that of model Prostate group, difference were statistically significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is a effective on Prostate Tablets in both types of chronic orostatitis.
