摘要
医院作为医疗服务的终端,随着医院改革的深化、医药卫生体制改革的推进,已成为矛盾的"集合体"。国际标准(ISO)9001∶2000质量管理体系(QMS)是建立高水平的管理和优质服务的理想模型。随着国家医疗卫生体制改革的深入,医院面临着医疗纠纷、特色业务发展艰难等困扰,采用ISO 9001标准建立质控管理体系,是医院管理的生命线。但是国内许多医院没有开展实施,其最主要的原因是由于中国医院缺少资金和全员参与。本研究在具体实践基础上探讨针对医院实施ISO 9001∶2000 QMS的简便、高效的方法。
Hospitals are medical services in the terminal. With the deepening of hospital reibrm and the advancement of medical and health system reform, medical quality management is very important. International standard (ISO) 9001: 2000 quality management system (QMS) is a high level of management and quality service ideal model. However, many hospitals do not carry out implementation, the main reason is the small hospitals lack of funds and full participation. With the deepening of national health system reform, the hospital face the medical disputes, features such as troubled by the difficult business development. The ISO 9001 standards for hospitals is the only way to establish management system. In this paper, the concrete practice of the ISO 9001:2000 QMS is simple and efficient method.
