麻醉机通气系统污染与全麻术后患者的肺部感染 被引量:10

摘要 麻醉机通气系统污染是全麻术后患者肺部感染的常见因素之一。与麻醉机相关的医源性交叉感染已经引起广大麻醉医生及相关人员的重视。了解两者间的相关性和预防措施,可以使患者得到最大程度的保护。细菌过滤器的使用、人工鼻(HMEF)等可降低由麻醉机所导致的医院感染和被细菌污染的几率,麻醉机清洗消毒技术的临床应用对减少麻醉中及术后的肺部感染、提高医疗质量将起到重要的作用。现就近几年来麻醉机通气系统的污染与全麻术后患者的肺部感染相关性的研究进展予以综述。 Ventilation system contamination of anesthesia machines is one of the common tactors of postoperauve putmonary infection in patients. Anesthesia machine related iatrogenic cross-infection has attracted the attention of the majority of anesthesiologists and relevant staffs. Understanding their correlation and preventive measures can provide the patients with the greatest degree of protection. The application of bacteria proof filter and HMEF can reduce the probability of anesthesia machine caused hospital infection and bacterial contamination. The clinical application of anesthesia machine cleaning and disinfection technology plays an important role in reducing intraoperative and postoperative pulmonary infection and improving medical quality. This paper summarizes the study progress of the correlation between the anesthesia machine ventilation system contamination and the lung infection after general anesthesia.
