组织支持感对生活满意度的影响机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章通过实证分析研究组织支持感与生活满意度的关系,探讨工作家庭冲突和促进在组织支持感与生活满意度之间的中介作用。研究表明,组织支持感与工作家庭冲突和家庭工作冲突显著负相关,与工作家庭促进和家庭工作促进显著正相关,与生活满意度显著正相关,生活满意度与工作家庭冲突显著负相关,与工作家庭促进和家庭工作促进显著正相关。工作家庭冲突、工作家庭促进和家庭工作促进在组织支持感与生活满意度的关系中起到完全中介作用。
