The important practical significance and farreaching historical significance of the report to the 18th Con- gress is selfevident, with many new important discourses, which outlines China＇s shortterm goal and vision of develop- ment. This paper briefly discusses the following three aspects ： First, the new ideas and new deployment of the Eigh- teenth Congress ; secondly, the Scientific Outlook on Development; thirdly, doing good jobs in all aspects of the unit- ed front work with the guiding principles of the Eighteenth Congress.
