摘要
介绍了电火花加工控制涉及的主要问题及放电状态检测方法。详细论述了近20年来自适应控制、模糊控制、神经网络控制、遗传算法、专家系统、混合智能控制等在电火花加工中的研究状况。对电火花加工过程中控制变量的优化及过程监测与控制等进行了讨论,就控制技术在电火花加工中的发展趋势进行了展望。
This paper discussed the main problems concerning the performances of EDM control strategies and the discharging pulse detection methods and developed so far as well as the development of EDM control systems over the past twenty years, mainly focusing on the discussions of modern con- trol strategies used in stabilizing the processes, which were self-adaptive control, fuzzy control, neural network control, genetic algorithms, expert system, hybrid intelligent control, etc. Meanwhile, from the viewpoint of performance improvement, it started from expatiating on monitoring the process to controlling the process by introducing the methods of optimizing control variables in EDM process. The final part of the paper discussed and outlined the trends of the control technologies in EDM pro- cess.
