低冲击分离装置微孔电火花加工技术研究

摘要 采用微细电火花加工技术,通过配备高速旋转轴和多级精密介质过滤系统,先后突破了微细工具电极的在线快速制作,不同的冲液压力、工具电极转速与微细放电规准的适配技术,高精度无毛刺剪切销孔微细电火花高效加工工艺参数的选择与优化,微细工具电极及高精度无毛刺剪切销孔的在线检测等技术,攻克了低冲击分离装置高精度剪切销孔的加工技术难题。 By combination of high-speed spindle and multi-stage media filter system, technological development of micro-EDM was researched. Process impediments were broken as regarding to on-line rapid fabrication of micro tool electrode, adaptation technique of different flushing pressure, tool elec- trode rotary speed and different micro electrical discharge parameters, parameter selection and optimi- zation of burr less sharp-edge shearing hole machining as well as on-line inspection of micro tool elec- trode and high-precision burr less hole. The method of machine shearing hole with low impact separa- tion device was succeeded.
