摘要
为了提高聚晶金刚石复合片的电火花线切割加工速度,以GE1600、CTB010、CTH025三种型号的复合片切割实验为基础,采用单因素法分别研究了开路电压、峰值电流、脉冲宽度和脉冲间隔与切割速度的关系,并通过对三种复合片的比较,探讨了金刚石颗粒度的影响。结果表明:在一定的数值范围内,放电参数数值的增大能提高切割速度;金刚石颗粒度的增大会降低切割速度。
Based on the experiments, which three types' composited films, GEl600, CTB010, CTH025, were cut on wire cut electrical discharge machine, the relationship between cutting rate and parameters including open circle voltage, peak current, pulse width and pulse interval increase, and in- fluence of diamond grain size in PCD layer is searched by comparing of cut films. The results show that the parameters value is explored cutting rate of PCD composited films raise, and enlargement of dia- mond grain size reduce cutting rate.
