摘要
简要分析了SLS成形过程中误差产生的原因和影响加工效率的因素,总结了现有SLS扫描路径规划的方法。在此基础上提出了一种着重于提高加工精度的路径规划方法,该方法加工精度高,收缩变形小,算法易实现。
This paper briefly analyzed the causes of deviation and the factor that effect the working efficiency in the SLS process, and the existing methods of the scanning path planning in the SLS pro- cess are summarized. This paper presents a modified method that focus on improving the machining precision. Using this method can get a higher machining precision, a smaller shrinkage deformation, and the algorithm is easier to be implemented.
