穴位针刺及封闭联合辅助生殖技术对PCOS不孕患者卵子成熟度的影响

Effect of Points Acupuncture and Closeness Combined with Assisted Reproductive Technology on Ocytes Maturity of PCOS Infertility Patients

目的:观察穴位针刺及封闭联合辅助生殖技术对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者卵泡成熟度的影响。方法:60例PCOS不孕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组在Gn过程中应用穴位针刺及封闭至Gn结束,HCG日加用封闭治疗;对照组单纯Gn治疗。观察两组于注射HCG 36 h后卵子采集情况。结果:60例PCOS患者IVF-ET治疗周期中,对照组卵子回收率62.77%,卵子成熟率35.86%,不成熟卵子51.72%;治疗组卵子回收率79.07%,卵子成熟率43.53%,不成熟卵子44.12%,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位针刺及封闭联合辅助生殖技术能明显改善多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者卵巢功能,卵子成熟度明显提高,是治疗PCOS不孕症的有效新方法。

Objective ：To observe points acupuncture and closeness combined with assisted reproductive tech- nology for PCOS infertility in patients with oocytes maturity. Methods .60 cases of PCOS were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups with 30 patients in each group. Treatment group in the process of Gn used points acupuncture and closeness to the end of Gn, with HCG and closeness and control group treated with Gn Only. Observation of both groups on the HCG injections 36h after oocytes collection. Results ：60 cases of IVF -ET in the treatment of patients with PCOS cycle ,in control group ovum recovery rate was 62.77%, oocytes maturation rate was 35.86%, immature oocytes was 51.72% ;in treatment group ovum recovery rate was 79.07%, oocytes maturation rate was 43.53%, immature oocytes was 44.12%. There were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Points acupuncture and closeness combined with assisted reproductive technol- ogy can significantly improve ovarian function in patients with PCOS infertility and oocyte maturity increases sig- nificantly, which is a new and effective approach in the treatment of PCOS infertility.
