平衡针与四维牵引调曲并用治疗颈肩综合征临床研究

Neck and Shoulder Syndrome Treated by Both Balance Acupuncture and Curature Adjusting Method through 4-Dimentional Tractions

目的:观察平衡针与四维牵引调曲并用治疗颈肩综合征的疗效及远期效应。方法:将158例符合颈肩综合征的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组选用平衡针与四维牵引调曲并用为主方法治疗,对照组选用传统毫针为主方法治疗。结果:治疗组基本治愈率为67.5%,总有效率100%。对照组基本治愈率为45.4%,总有效率为94.7%。经统计学处理,治疗期间两组总体改善率的组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总体疗效明显优于对照组。随访结果显示治疗组优良率97.4%,对照组89.3%,治疗组优于对照组。结论:平衡针与四维牵引调曲并用的疗法对颈肩综合征的治疗总体疗效明确,具有疗效高、复发率低的优势,值得深入研究和临床推广。

Objective ： To observe the efficacy and long -term effects by clinical research of neck and shoulder syndrome treated by both balance acupuncture and curature adjusting method through 4 - dimentional tractions. Methods： 158 patients with neck- shoulder syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated by both balance acupuncture and curature adjusting method through 4 - dim- entional tractions, and control group used traditional acupuncture treatment. Results：Basic cure rate of treat- ment group was 67.5%, and the total efficiency was 100%. Basic cure rate of control group was 45.4% , and total effective rate was 94.7%. After statistics processing, total improvement rate between two groups had sig- nificant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was better than control group in general. The follow -up results showed that： the excellent and good rate of treatment group was 97.4%, while control group was 89. 3%. Treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion：Balance acupuncture and curature adjusting method through 4 -dimentional tractions for neck and shoulder syndrome is very useful. The efficay is obvious and the recurrence rate is low ,which is worthy of further study and clinical application.
