桂枝汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的实验研究(Ⅰ)

Experimental Studies on Guizhi Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitic(Ⅰ)

目的:观察桂枝汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用。方法:采用卵蛋白(OVA)作为致敏原诱发豚鼠制备过敏性鼻炎模型,以鼻痒、喷嚏及流清涕等行为学指标、组织学观察及血清HA、IgE生化指标考察桂枝汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用。结果:桂枝汤高、中剂量组症状积分明显低于模型组(P<0.01),与辛芩颗粒对照组相当;血清组胺和IgE含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05);组织学观察可见由于纤维修复所致组织结构重建,黏膜增厚,炎性细胞浸润减少,间质无水肿。结论:桂枝汤具有治疗过敏性鼻炎的作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Guizhi decoction on allergic rhinitic. Methods： We observed the effect of Guizhi decoction on behavioral indexes, histological observation and biochemical indexes in guinea pig model induced by OVA. Results ： It had significant differences （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ） after administration of Guizhi decoction in high,middle dose groups, compared with model group on symptom score, serum HA and serum IgE. Histological observation showed microstructure reconstruction, mucosa thickening and no edema or inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion： Guizhi decoction has an effect on allergic rhinitic.
