摘要
简述了QT600-3法兰盘铸件的结构与技术要求,并介绍了采用Cu、Sn微合金化熔炼、呋喃树脂砂造型的铸造生产方法。为解决力学性能偏低问题,特别制定了高温开箱工艺和退火工艺。最终生产的铸件球化率达95%以上,基体为珠光体;抗拉强度605 MPa,屈服强度432 MPa,伸长率3%,布氏硬度251HBW。
The configuration and technical requirements of QT600-3 grade ductile iron flange was briefly described and the melting and microalloying process with small addition of Cu and Sn,as well as the furan resin sand molding process were introduced. In order to solve the problem of mechanical properties being lower than requirement the knock-out temperature was increased and the annealing process was adopted. The final result showed that the nodulanty of casting reached higher than 95%, the matrix was of pearlite, tensile strength was of 605 MPa, the yield strength was of 3%, hardness was of 251 HBW.
