摘要
介绍了生产HT250气缸盖铸件的型砂系统构成,对铸件表面粘砂缺陷进行分析认为是机械粘砂,采取提高铸型硬度,控制含泥量在工艺上限,原砂SiO2量相对偏低时,加入一定比例的细新砂等措施,有效解决了问题。
The molding sand system used for production of HT250 grade gray iron cylinder head castings was introduced. The surface defects of the casting was analyzed and it was confirmed that the defect was metal penetration. By increasing the mold hardness, keeping the clay content at upper limit and adding proper amount fine new sand when SiO2 content of raw sand being relatively lower, and so on, the defect has been effectively eliminated.
