摘要
采用MAGMA软件对170柴油机缸盖的凝固过程进行了模拟,根据模拟结果查明该铸件上一孔洞缺陷为气孔缺陷,对工艺方案进行了优化。通过降低砂芯发气量、控制型砂含水量、增加透气性等措施,降低了铸件的废品率。
The MAGMA software was used to simulate the solidification process of cylinder head of 170 model diesel engine. As the result of simulation,it was confirmed that a cavity defect in the casting was blowhole defect and therefore,the pro- duction process was optimized. By reducing gas evolution of the core sand, controlling the moisture content of molding sand, and enhancing its permeability, the casting rejection rate has been decreased.
