摘要
介绍了QT700-2定宽压力模块的铸造工艺,为提高工艺出品率,对其工艺方案进行了改进。借助铸造模拟软件ADSTEFAN进行计算机模拟,分析了冒口、浇注系统形式、冷铁、浇注温度对铸件质量的影响规律。最后采用无冒口、仅在底面使用冷铁的工艺,达到了浇注系统快速充满、工艺出品率高,减少了凝固过程液态收缩的目的。
The casting method of QT'700-2 width-fixing stamp was introduced. In order to increase the casting process yield, the casting method was improved. By using ADSTEFAN casting method simulation software, the influences of riser, gating system,chills and pouring temperature on casting quality were analyzed. At last,the riser-less casting method with setting chills only at the bottom surface was adopted and the purpose has been reached that the gating system was filled quickly, process yield was increased, and the liquid contraction during solidification was reduced.
