摘要
针对航空发动机压气机低速试验台所用树脂叶片注塑成型翘曲变形问题,提出了基于正交试验的注塑参数优化方法,通过建立注塑翘曲的数学模型,数值注塑模拟仿真、正交试验优化注塑参数及仿真试验验证,可有效减小压气机用树脂试验叶片的翘曲变形量,达到控形的目地。
Focused on the warping deformation of resin blade in injection molding of aeroengine's low- speed compressor table, a parameter optimization method based on the orthogonal experiment is proposed in this paper. Through establishing the mathematical warpage model, numerical simulation, injection parameters optimized by orthogonal tests and simulation experiment verification, the results show that the method can effectively reduce the warping deformation in resin compressor blade and further control the deformation.
