超声血流信号的计算机仿真模型研究综述

A review on the computer simulation models of ultrasound blood flow signals

摘要 超声技术是目前常用的血管狭窄疾病诊断方法,其诊断准确性不仅与设备的硬件性能相关,还与血流信号处理方法及诊断特征提取算法密切相关.计算机仿真模型合成的超声血流信号是一种广泛使用的信息已知的信号分析及特征提取算法性能评价的信号源,在血流信号处理方法及诊断特征提取算法研究中具有广泛应用.近年来,研究者们综合考虑血管及其狭窄斑块的特性、几何形状、尺寸大小、血流分布的计算方法及超声工作模式,从不同角度提出了许多超声血流信号计算机仿真模型.对其中几种主要仿真模型作了一个归纳总结,并深入讨论了超声血流信号的计算机仿真领域的可能发展方向. The ultrasonic technique is one of the most important technique to diagnosis the arterial stenosis which accuracy depends on not only the performance of the hardware,but also the signal processing and diagnosis information extraction algorithms employed to obtain the diagnosis information.In order to evaluation of the performance of signal analysis and processing algorithms,simulation experiments is usually performed based on the data obtained from computer simulation models.In recently years,several simulation models have been proposed to acquire the velocity distribution,and then some of them further simulate the ultrasound signals from the steady or pulsatile blood flow in the normal or stenosed vessels with different morphological features.This paper presents a general review of the main models according to the aspects of their principles,benefits,limitations and potential research fields in future.
