摘要
平特性 CO2 焊机与交流手弧焊机相比 ,增加了大功率整流电路、电气控制线路、气路系统及送丝机构 ,除可进行 CO2 焊接外 ,还可进行 MAG、MIG焊 ,以及利用其平特性电源作电镀、电解抛光、电弧喷涂、电泳涂装等表面加工的教学演示 ,具有推广意义。
Compared with AC manual arc welder, the CO 2 arc welder with constant voltage has more components such as high power rectifiers, electrical control circuits, gas flow and travel system, and wire feed mechanism. Besides CO 2 Welding it can also be used for MAG and MIG, as well as for teaching demonstration in surface processing such as electroplating, electro polishing, electrical arc spraying, electrophoretic painting etc. by means of constant potential source.
