《中国人民银行法》赋予了中国人民银行独揽货币发行权和管理人民币流通的职责。我国经济总量的不断增长和人民币发行量不断增长,对人民银行发行人民币、管理人民币流通提出了更高的要求。本文阐述了货币券别结构的含义,通过与国际上主要货币券别结构的比较,结合我国实际情况,提出了改进人民币券别结构的建议。

The Law on the People's Bank of China gives the People's Bank of China the exclusive authority to issue currency and to manage the RMB circulation.The increasing economic aggregate and RMB issuance in China set higher requirements on the People's Bank of China in the issuance and management of RMB.This article describes the meaning of the structure of currency coupons.By comparison with the structures of other major international currency coupons,and combined with the actual situation in China,the article puts forward suggestions on improving the structure of RMB coupons.
