The Fund Fraternity of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang: Experience and the Direction of Development

在当前融资难的大背景下,浙江民间一些企业资金互助会抱团取暖,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。其成功运作的经验在于由基层商会牵头成立、挑选具有敬业奉献精神的资金会掌门人等。我们认为,资金互助会在破解当前经济社会存在的"两多两难"问题中发挥了积极的作用,值得推广,但未来要建立完善的监管体系,促进其稳健发展。

In the context of current financing difficulties,some private enterprises in Zhejiang organize fund fraternities to hold together for warmth,and achieve good economic and social benefits.The successful operational experience is that the fund fraternities are set up by the grassroots chambers of commerce,and are led by those selected dedicated leaders.We believe that fund fraternity plays an active role in solving the 'Two High & Two Difficulties' problem in the current society,and is worthy of promotion.In the future,we should establish a sound regulatory system,and promote the healthy development of fund fraternity.
