The Mechanism Analysis on the Effect of Production Factors Equally Using Based on the Development of Private Economy

党的十八大报告中第一次明确提出"保证各种所有制经济依法平等使用生产要素",这必将对民营经济的发展产生积极的影响。本文从平等使用生产要素的基础理论出发,首先分析了当前民营经济在平等使用生产要素上的问题与原因,然后研究了民营经济平等使用生产要素对促进其发展的四项作用机制,最后提出了民营经济平等使用生产要素的三条实现路径。

The Party - eighteenth Congress first put forward in the report that all kinds of ownership econ- omy have equality in the use of production factors,which will have a positive effect on the development of private economy. This article emarks from the basic theory of the equal use of production factors, we first- ly analysis on the problems and reasons of the current private economy in the production factors equal use, and then studies the four mechanisms of the private economic equally using production factors to promote the development of it, and finally put forward three realize path of private economic equally using the production factors.
