青藏高原向黄土高原过渡带城市群功能定位和支撑路径研究——以兰白西城市群为例

Discussion on Functional Orientation and Supporting Path of Urban Agglomeration from Qinghai Tibet to Loess Plat——A case of Lan-Bai-Xi urban agglomeration

城市群是地区社会经济发展到一定程度的产物,城市群内各城市在经济上紧密联系,在功能上分工合作,在交通上连成一体,产生单个城市所没有的整体经济效益。科学合理的功能定位能够促进城市群经济社会的持续健康发展。本文以兰白西城市群的经济社会发展现状和区位特点为基础,结合相关规划和政策,对兰白西城市群进行总体功能定位,明确兰白西城市群的发展重点,并且提出了支撑兰白西城市群功能实现所需的路径,为兰白西城市群资源的合理配置、区域政策的制定和有效实施提供一定的理论依据。

Urban Agglomeration is an important result of the national economy, and it is an important in- dicator to measure the economic and social development level of a country or region, and also an important spatial form and development poles of the urban and regional development. This study begins with the Lan- Bai- Xi Urban Agglomeration economic and social development and area characteristic which are supposed as the basis, combined with the relevant planning and policy, carry out overall function fixed position, in order to point out the development target of the Lan - Bai - Xi Urban Agglomeration, then puts forward to realize Lan - Bai - Xi Urban Agglomeration the function required for the development of path. Through this research, improve the economic and social development and rational allocation of resources of Lan - Bai - Xi Urban Agglomeration . For the more, it provides basis for decision making to others areas for government and reference.
