摘要
氧化铝生产中,母液蒸发多采用降膜蒸发与闪速自蒸发相结合的蒸发技术。对于相同的蒸发技术,不同的工艺流程可能会导致不同的能耗。对六效管式降膜蒸发+四级自蒸发的蒸发技术,本文通过分析比较了不同流程下的热平衡计算结果,研究了蒸发的能耗。经过比较分析,了解到即使采用相同的蒸发技术,流程上的不同,也会使得蒸发的汽耗、运行功率和换热面积有所不同。通过对不同蒸发流程的比较分析,不仅为设计上选择最佳流程提供新思路,也为生产操作中各种参数的设置提供参考。
In alumina production, combining falling film evaporating technique with flash evaporating technique is extensively used for the spent liquor e-vaporation. In this paper,the heat balance calculation results in different processes are analyzed and compared,and energy consumption during evaporation is studied. Through comparison and analysis, even the same evaporation technique is used, the process is different, and the steam consumption, running power and heat exchanging area are different. According to comparison and analysis of the different evaporation processes, it can not only provide new ideas in design, but also provide reference for various parameters setting in production operation.
