摘要 介绍了SY200异型结构电解槽的节能技术。利用电解槽大修的机会,通过采用涂硼化钛的异型结构阴极炭块,同时在电解槽的底部和侧部加装陶瓷纤维板进行内保温。一方面降低铝液的波动有效降低电解槽的极距,另一方面保证电解槽在低电压情况下的能量平衡。 In this paper, the energy saving technology in SY200 abnormal cathode pots was introduced. By the chance of pot relining, abnormal cathode carbon blocks with Ti2 B coating were adopted and ceramic fiber boards were installed on the side and bottom of pots to insulate, on the one hand the ACD of pots could he reduced by reducing fluctuation of liquid aluminum, on the other hand, the energy balance could be ensured under the low voltage.
