摘要
预焙阳极的质量在很大程度受阳极焙烧过程的影响,而在阳极焙烧过程中炉内大量的信息无法通过直接的测试手段获取,本文介绍所开发的阳极焙烧过程三维数值模拟模型,考虑了阳极焙烧过程中的烟气流动、气固传热、漏气、挥发物质的析出燃烧以及燃烧的加入等现象,获取了炉内流场、温度场和气体浓度分布状况,并采用实际的测试数据对模型进行验证,使该模型成为焙烧炉结构以及操作参数优化研究强有力的工具和手段。
The quality of baked anode is significantly determined by the baking process. But a large amount information of the baking process can' t ob-tained by direct measuring technology. Considering the phenomena of the gas flow in flue, heat transfer between gas and solid, air leak from pit, volatile e-mission from green anodes,combustion of fuel and volatile, a 3D numerical simulation model for anode baking process was developed. The gas flowing field ,temperature and mass concentration distribution in the furnace were obtained by this model. The model was validated by actual measuring data from baking furnace. It has been became a powerful tool for optimizing baking furnace structure and baking operation parameters.
