摘要
借鉴现代企业的质量管理模式 ,通过提高实验指导教师的整体素质 ,制定和完善各类实验教学管理制度和规程 ,增强其可操作性 ;采用各类规范化的实验教学跟踪表格 ,增加其可追溯性。以此加强实验室的教学管理 ,这对培养学生严谨的科研作风也起到了积极的促进作用。
This article supports some ways to reinforce the teaching administration in laboratories. They are making use of the model quality control in modern enterprise management for reference, improving the overall quality of experiment instructors, by means of formulating and perfecting the rules and regulations for various experiment teaching administration to strengthen their manipulation, adopting all kinds of standardized experiment teaching tracing forms to strengthen traceableness. All these also play a promotive and positive role in deve loping student's rigorous style of doing scientific research.
