摘要
介绍了裂解炉急冷锅炉的基本结构及主要参数。针对6号、7号炉裂解炉急冷锅炉频繁发生泄漏的现象,利用分析数据具体描述泄漏发生的部位、特征、堵漏情况及垢样分析结果。从急冷锅炉的结构、日常操作控制、水质控制等方面综合分析了导致急冷锅炉泄漏的原因,提出了设备更新改造、生产过程中合理安排裂解炉升降温操作、加强急冷锅炉底部定期排污控制、加强水汽监控等解决措施及建议。
This paper introduces the basic structure and key parameters of TLE used in ethylene plant,and presents the leakage points,characteristics,plugging and fouling sample analysis results by using pictures and analysis datum based on several cases of leakage occurred to No.6 and No.7 furnaces.The paper also analyzes the causes of TLE′s leakage from aspects of its structure,normal operation and control and water quality control,and puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions including equipment modification,reasonable control of operation temperature in cracking furnace,regular control of TLE′s bottom drainage and close monitoring on water and vapor.
