原发性肾脏滑膜肉瘤1例

摘要 病人，男，50岁。外院体检发现左肾上极囊实性占位2d，无腰部疼痛，无明显反射性下腹部疼痛，无血尿、尿频、尿急、尿痛等特殊不适。查体：无特殊阳性体征。患者既往有原发性高血压（2级），2型糖尿病，脂肪肝，肠憩室，
