摘要
为解决烟火铝粉在高温高湿条件下极易氧化失效的问题,对其进行表面包覆改性处理。以SA为防潮包覆剂,无水乙醇为SA的溶剂和烟火铝粉的悬浮剂,采用溶剂蒸发-重结晶-干燥工艺制备出钝化铝粉,并对包覆后的烟火铝粉进行抗氧化性(吸湿试验)和SA含量测试。结果表明,钝化后的烟火铝粉的抗氧化性比原料提高15倍,制备钝化烟火铝粉的最佳工艺条件和配方为:搅拌速率1 600转/min,温度65℃,SA含量5%。
In order to prevent the problem that the Fyro powders is easy to be oxidized because of the high temperature and high humidity, the method of surface coating modification treatment is used to improve its oxidation resistance. The process of the solvent evaporation-recrystallization-drying was used to produce the passivated Fyro powders, which was used SA as moisture proof coating agent, anhydrous ethanol as a solvent of SA and suspending agent of Fyro powders, then the oxidation resistance( moisture absorption test) of it and the content of SA were tested. The result of test showed that the oxidation esistance of passivated Fyro powders has improved about 15 times, and the best technological conditions were mixing speed of 1 600rpm/min, the temperature of 65 ℃, and 5% content of SA.
