摘要
本文从分析学生的学习方式差异入手 ,探讨了因材施教的问题 ,笔者结合教学实例 ,论证了学生是鲜活的个体 ,只有尊重、了解、顺应加上谨慎正确的引导 ,才能提高教学质量 。
By analyzing the difference in the students learning methods, this essay probes into the matter of teaching according to the students aptitudes. Making connection with the teaching practice, the author demonstrates that the student is a vigorous and flexible individual. The teaching quality will be improved only by respecting and understanding the students, being comply with them, and directing them cautiously and properly. Thus every student can develop healthily.
