According to the 《Education Reform Act》 in 1998, Students from 5 to 16 was required to take the Official National Test Paper (ONTP), It was the first time in the history of the United Kingdom. The test content, test type, test volume, and scoring criterion of PNTP are quite different from our Chinese language test.
