摘要
在世界范围内,我国古代的墓葬绘画是一项特有的宗教美术遗存,其地域分布之广、时间跨度之长没有第二个国家,具有明确的不可比性。海外的研究大致可以分为三种类型,第一类是通论性的研究,这主要是20世纪上半叶的西方学者留下的,他们长期居住中国,有着非常好的中国文化基础,他们的观点贴近中国历史并有着非常好的启发性;第二类是专题性的研究,这类研究成果有着很强的理论指向性,即以当代西方宗教理论来指导汉代墓葬绘画的理论深入;第三类是改革开放后从国内出去的学者所进行的研究,这些学者都有着深厚的国内研究基础,所以他们的研究更容易被国内学者所接收。
The ancient grave paintings in China are one spectacular religious artistic inheritance with a widest distribution and longest time -span in the world. The overseas studies generally can be divided into three categories. First, it is general studies done by Western scholars in the first half of 20th century who took a long residence in China with sound Chinese culture and whose illuminating points had an affinity with Chinese history; second, it is thematic studies with strong theoretical orientations as to deepen the theoretical study of grave paintings with contemporary Western religious theories; third, it is studies done by Chinese scholars who went abroad after the reform and opening -up with profound research bases at home and thus were easily accepted by domestic scholars.
