摘要
目的了解不同学历护理实习生(以下简称护生)特质应对方式并提出相应的对策。方法采用特质应对调查问卷(trait coping style questionnaire,TCSQ)对50名护理本科护生和50名专科护生进行调查。结果在积极应对和消极应对方式上,本科护生和专科护生比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其应对倾向得分均为正值。结论本科和专科护生对困难和压力事件的应对方式有不同的特点,应根据不同护生特点,实施有针对性的心理健康教育,提高其应对水平。
Objective To investigate the trait coping styles of nursing students with different education levels. Method Fifty nursing undergraduates and 50 nursing students on three-year courses were investigated by Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ). Results The scores on active and negative coping styles were both positive, while the differences between the two groups in both the coping styles were significant (both P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The nursing students of different education levels are different in trait coping styles when facing difficulties and pressure at work. So it is necessary to perform pertinent mental health education in accordance to their own traits so as to improve their coping styles.
