本文介绍了西门子S7-200 SMART PLC、SMART LINE触摸屏在双机头套标机上的应用,阐述了设备工艺流程、控制系统的配置选型、软件设计和触摸屏的画面组态。S7-200 SMART的高速计数、运动控制和通讯功能在设备的开发中得到了良好应用,经测试,该设备满足生产要求,运行稳定,性能良好。
The paper introduced application of S7-200 SMART PLC and SMART LINE HMI in double-head sleeve labeling machine, describing machine process, control system configuration, software design and HMI graph configuration. High-speed counter, motion control and communication function of S7-200 SMART are used in the machine which operates well and meets production requirements after test.
