摘要 一、问题提出 工作投入是一种与工作相关的积极的完满情绪和认知状态,体现了工作中的高能量水平和强烈的认同感,精力专注而不涣散。随着积极组织行为学和积极心理学研究的兴起,工作投入成为组织行为学和人力资源管理领域研究的新热点,也成为职业健康研究的新视角并逐渐受到研究者重视。教师的工作投入是指教师对其本职工作的积极主动的态度和热爱迷恋程度,它不仅影响教师自身的生活质量及专业成长,
