大剂量盐酸氨溴索在肺癌围手术期应用的临床研究

High-dose hydrochloric acid ammonium bromide in lung cancer perioperative clinical research of application

目的:观察大剂量盐酸氨溴索在肺癌围手术期应用时对改善呼吸功能、防治术后肺部并发症的临床效果。方法:选择肺癌根治术后病例72例,随机分成常规剂量盐酸氨溴索与大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗两组,每组36例,比较其临床疗效。结果:72例中,大剂量组在术后肺部并发症发生率、抗生素使用时间和术后住院时间上均优于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量盐酸氨溴索的使用对肺癌根治术后肺部并发症的发生有明显的预防作用,可促进术后肺功能的早日恢复,同时可以缩短抗生素的使用时间和住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the high-dose hydrochloric acid ammounium bromide in lung cancer perioperative application to improve respiratory, and the clinical effect of prevention and teartment of postoperative pulmonary complications. Methods： Seventy-two cases with lung cancer were randomly divided into regular and high dose hydrochloric acid ammounium bromide groups. Each group included 36 cases. Then the clinical effect was compared. Results： The clinical effect for postop- erative pulmonary complications, antibiotic use and postoperative hospital stay in high-dose group was significantly better than those in regular-dose group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of high-dose hydrochloric acid ammounium bromide could give the better postoperative clinical outcomes, including the prevention of postoperative pulmonary complications, promoting the recovery of lung function, and shortening the time of antibiotic use and length of hospital stay. As a result, it is worthy being put into clinical practice.
