The 21st century's agriculture and agricultural technology will be on new developing tendency,and intellectualized agriculture is to be a main topic of the future agriculture.That how the higher agricultural education faces the 21st century and cultivates high-tech talents who are adapted to the new agricultural development of the new century is an important project which is urgent to be solved.This article puts forward some ideas about establishing scientific system of higher-learning agricultural education and cultivating qualified personnel for the intellectualized agriculture on the basis of the 21st century's agriculture and the development direction of agricultural technology.
