Information system project management is an overall and comprehensive management in information system management. During the information system project construction, project management is the knowledge system throughout the whole process , from start to finish, of a project. Through the investigation on management work content, which includes personnel structure, management plan, demand range, change control, effective communication, schedule and quality, etc., in information system project, this article discussed the influence and correlation function on project during continuous dynamic changes in information system project construction. A better information system project management work will be helpful for an enterprise to improve efficiency and operation benefit.
