精神科电子病历系统的开发与应用

Development and Application of Electronic Medical Record System of Psychiatry Department

目前电子病历(EMR)在我国大型综合性医院应用比较广泛,但在精神病专科医院应用甚少。医院于2012年率先在江西省开发与应用了电子病历系统,填补了省内空白。对电子病历的开发与应用情况进行了探讨,并对应用过程中存在的问题提出了相应的解决方案。

Electronic lnedical record is now widely adopted in the large-scale general hospital. However, the EMR has seldom been put into clinical application in the specialized hospital for psychotic disorder yet. In 2009, our hospital takes the lead to explore and use the system of EMR, in the mental hospital, filling the blank of our province. The following paper is going to discuss the open-up and development, providing the solntions to the problems emerged fronl the usage of the system.
