颞下颌关节的数字医学影像解剖与断面解剖对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过数字医学影像解剖与成人头颅标本断层解剖图像的比较,明确颢下颌关节在头颅CT、磁共振影像中的形态、结构及影像特点。方法:选取2例成人头颅标本行斜矢状面断层标本制作,30名健康志愿者分别行CT、磁共振检查,对比观察颢下颌关节的数字影像解剖与断层解剖特点。结果:颢下颌关节在CT图像中显示为清晰的骨质结构。在磁共振T2WI图中,颢前附着、下颌前附着、颞后附着、下颌后附着、上板、下板、双板区、关节盘前带、关节盘中带、关节盘后带均显示为结构清晰的高信号结构,在磁共振T1WI图中这些结构显示为等信号影像。外耳道和骨皮质在T1及T2图像中均显示为结构清晰的低信号影像,骨髓质均显示为结构清晰的高信号影像。结论:数字医学影像的CT、磁共振成像可清楚地显示颞下颌关节的形态和结构。 Objective:To explore the morphology and structures and images feature of temporomandibular joint in the cranium CT,magnetic resonance imaging by comparing between digital medical imaging and sectional anatomy images of the specimens of human adult head.Methods:2 specimens of human adult head were selected to perform sectional anatomy of oblique sagittal plane of temporomandibular joint,30 asymptomatic volunteers were selected to perform examination of CT,MRI of temporomandibular joint,compare the image between digital imaging anatomy and sectional anatomy of temporomandibular joint.Results:In CT images,temporomandibular joint showed a sharp substantia ossea structure.In MRI T2 images,anterior temporalis insertio,anterior mandibular insertio,posterior temporalis insertion,posterior mandibular insertion,superior lamina,inferior lamina,bilaminar zone, anterior band of articular disc,middle band of articular disc,posterior band of articular disc showed hyper-signals sharply and in the T1 image these structures showed equal signals.The external auricular canal and cortical bone in the T1 and T2 image showed hyposignals sharply.The bone medulla in the T1 and T2 image showed hyper-signals sharply.Conclusion:The morphology and structures of temporomandibular joint can be identified perspicuously in CT,magnetic resonance imaging of digital medical imaging.
