通过对被动时期(即原始社会到奴隶社会末期)的中外城市进行分析,从理论和实践两个角度对该时期的城市规划思想进行回顾和总结,以期更深层次地了解城市规划理念思想在城市产生和发展过程中的演变情况。

This paper analyzed the Chinese and overseas cities in passive period（that is from primitive society to slave society last stage）,reviewed and summarized the city planning theory thought in this period from theory and practice two aspects,in order to deeply understand the evolution process of city planning theory thought in city production and development.
