On construction technique of cast-in-place beam for interchange C ramp at Ping'an city

结合河北唐山平安城互通C匝道现浇预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工实例,介绍了利用墩旁托架,分两次灌注现浇梁混凝土的施工技术,通过实践证明,该施工方案和技术措施切实可行,较好地解决了现浇梁高空条件下梁体大体积混凝土的施工难题。

Combining with the construction case for the cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box girders of the C ramp at Ping＇an city of Tangshan,the paper introduces the construction technique of the pier-side brackets to grout the cast-in-place beam concrete twice,and proves by the practice that the construction scheme and technical measures are feasible and can solve construction difficulties of large concrete of beams under the high altitude condition of the beam.
