摘要
从现阶段后评价存在的问题入手,分析了问题产生的原因,立足于后推进评价工作长远发展,提出建立政府投资项目网络战略联盟,并分析了联盟的基本结构、运行平台和在网络战略联盟环境下开展后评价工作的优势。
Starting from present post evaluation problems,this paper analyzed the causes of problems,based on long-term development to promote post evaluation work,proposed to establish network strategy alliance of government investment projects,and analyzed the basic structure of alliance,the advantages of post evaluation in operation platform and network strategic alliance environment.
