摘要
作为等效采用美军标810F的GJB 150A是剪裁标准,其湿热试验方法中只有一个加速试验程序,因而要求使用人员对湿热试验方法的适用性、试验顺序和试验设备等相关信息进行收集和数据剪裁。文章简要介绍了湿热环境效应、湿热试验的发展历程,并以某型号计算机防火墙的湿热试验为例对GJB 150A湿热试验中的温湿度剖面、耐湿热适应性、湿热试验方法剪裁和特殊要求等进行了探讨,以期为试验人员提供参考。
As a standard for tailoring, the equivalent of the MIL-STD-810F, the GJB 150A specifies only one accelerating test procedure for damp heat test. Thus, the applicability of the method, the test order, and the test facility must be carefully analyzed and tailored. The environment and the development course of the damp heat test are discussed in this paper, and by taking the damp test of some model firewall as an example, the temperature and the humidity profile, the adaptability of the damp heat, and the tailoring of the test method are analyzed with regard to the damp heat test specified in GJB 150A.
