摘要
研究了施田补处理后打瓜幼苗的生理指标的变化。结果表明,在深土层,低浓度药剂处理下,打瓜幼苗的叶绿素含量和SOD活性变化与对照相比较差异不显著。因此,生产上灌水淋溶以降低大田浅土层残留施田补浓度,减小对打瓜生长的影响。
The aim of the research was to discuss the changs of Pendimethalin on Var.mequlaspemus seedlings, the result showed that the chlorophyll contents and the SOD activity changes of Var.mequlaspemus seedlings have no significant difference compared to control when Low concentration Pendimethalin and deep soil layer was treated .Therefore, the residual physiological concentration of shallow soil layer can be reduced by watering, and conducive to the growth of Var.mequlaspemus.
